Business travel requires a great deal of planning and scheduling, and the ability to track and manage expenses. The travel expense pros app is designed for any level of user, and it provides and advanced user interface where one screen is used to manage 90% of the input by the user. Popovers are used to present other screens for data input to speed and manage data input. In the same way, looking up information is very quick.

You create an itinerary record that contains all the information for that one itinerary without having to move between screens to input or edit information. Many of the fields are implemented with drop-down lists, drop-down calendars, auto calculation fields, and to provide universal money symbols for money fields, one drop-down sets a global money symbol with over 50 countries money symbols available.

This application has the following functions:.
The main screen for travel scheduling contains the main work area for managing information.
There is a travel schedule portal with multi-row input records for each itinerary for daily scheduling while traveling.
The first pop over dialogue manages air travel and collects all necessary information for scheduling one or more flights during this itinerary. This includes several fields that are used to provide all flight information.
The next pop over provides ground travel scheduling and reservation information with a multiline portal to schedule all ground travel during your visit, and allows you to add more ground travel as required.
The next popover is used for hotel reservations and provides information required during your travel to manage hotel stays in one or many locations.
The next pop over is used to manage your business expenses while on your travel. This includes all the standard expense fields to identify and manage expense data. This includes individual row records for each expense.
The next pop over is the other expense dialogue where you collect information for both personal expenditures that are not covered by your company, or out-of-pocket expenses that are tax deductible and need to be identified for filing taxes.

Advanced features:
each pop over and the travel scheduling screen have a supporting list view screen that can be used to search for individual data records using a find, omit, and show omitted record selection to manage which records you want to display, print, or export to word processing or spreadsheets.
The application can be used to send PDFs of screen information, or send using email the contents of the screen.
The iPad and iPhone have the capability to do screen capture built-in to save information to the photo application.
